When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 3pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Orders placed after 3pm or on weekends will be shipped the next working day.
How long does delivery take?
Royal Mail Tracked 48 usually delivers within 2–3 working days. Please allow a little extra time during busy periods or strikes.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes — we offer free UK delivery on all orders over £25. Orders under £25 have a flat-rate shipping fee of £3.50.
Can I return an item?
Of course. You can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. You’ll find full details on our Returns & Refunds page.
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes — we only stock products that are cruelty-free, and most are vegan. Specific details are listed on each product page.
