Lavender essential oil has been used for many years as an aid to de-stress, relax, and help to induce better sleep.

With that in mind, our Lavender bath bomb is the perfect way to unwind after a long day before bedtime to put yourself in the perfect tranquil state for a deep sleep.

 We’d recommend waiting until you’re in bed to actually fall into a deep sleep, though, so do try to stay awake whilst appreciating the dried lavender buds!
