🚚 Delivery Information

We aim to get your order packed and on its way as quickly as possible.

  • Dispatch time: All orders placed before 3pm are dispatched the same day (Monday to Friday)

  • Delivery method: Royal Mail Tracked 48 (estimated 2–3 working days)

  • Shipping cost:

    • Free UK delivery on all orders over £25

    • Orders under £25: flat rate £3.50

  • Where we ship: Currently shipping to UK addresses only

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

We really hope you love your order, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

  • You can return any item within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Please include your order number or proof of purchase in the return package.

  • We don’t currently provide a returns label. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless your item was faulty or incorrect.

  • Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 14 days.
